In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening?
During this maintenance, we will migrate OIM traffic to a new Global Accelerator. All incoming events to BigPanda (EU) will be redirected through a new internal endpoint.

What's the Impact?
We have successfully tested this change internally and do not expect any issues. In the unlikely event of something unexpected occurring, events may fail to arrive. If that happens, the change will quickly be reverted.
Is User Action Required?
No user action is required.
The planned maintenance has successfully completed our QA validation and regression testing as well as production deployment for all other environments. In the event there is an issue identified in Production, the release can be rolled back to its current state. We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda’s status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
