In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance on the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening? During the upcoming maintenance window, we will be upgrading our database clusters to a multi-region deployment model. These two clusters support different parts of the platform; one manages core application data, and the other supports system-level services. Strengthening both ensures greater overall platform resilience and protection against regional outages.
This is a backend infrastructure improvement, and no customer impact is expected. The activity will be carried out in a controlled manner with continuous health monitoring throughout the entire process.
As part of the change, applications will be restarted in a coordinated manner to pick up the updated connection and begin utilizing the full set of database nodes. Restarts will be handled carefully to maintain service stability.
This procedure has already been completed in multiple environments, making it a well-tested and low-risk operation. The rollout will be performed step by step, with validation at each stage before proceeding.
In the unlikely event of any unforeseen issues, rollback procedures are in place, and the environment can be promptly restored to its previous state.
