In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance on the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening? During the upcoming maintenance window, we will migrate a subset of non-production organizations to an updated version of the Alert Enrichment service.
What's the Impact?
The window is scheduled as a precaution in case any migrated organizations experience latency while the services synchronize.
If any issues occur, the migration script will be cancelled. No rollback procedure is required.
We do not anticipate any impact to end users; however, should any user notice any abnormal behavior during or after this maintenance window, please reach out to BigPanda Support via our live chat or email us at support@bigpanda.io for assistance.
