In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance on the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening? During the upcoming maintenance window, we will migrate a subset of remaining production environments to an updated version of the Alert Enrichment service in our EU region.
What's the Impact?
The window is scheduled as a precaution, as the migration for other environments experienced a slight latency while the services synchronize.
If any issues occur, the migration script will be cancelled. No rollback procedure is required.
We anticipate a potential latency of up to 20 minutes for end users; however, if any user notices abnormal behavior during or after this maintenance window, please reach out to BigPanda Support via our live chat or email us at support@bigpanda.io for assistance.
