In support of our commitment towards improving our services and infrastructure, we will be performing the following maintenance to the BigPanda platform.

What's Happening?

During this maintenance, we will be performing an upgrade to our Kubernetes (K8S) cluster node scheduling mechanism. This is needed to improve our incident sharing service performance and reliability.

• Pipeline
• API
• Incident Sharing
• BigPanda Console

What's the Impact?

Based on our validation testing, we are expecting minor disruption.
We are only expecting a low impact on the BigPanda platform and users could potentially experience up to 15 minutes of total latency during the maintenance window as services are restarted and brought back online.

Is User Action Required?

No user action is required.

The planned maintenance has successfully completed our QA validation and regression testing.
We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda’s status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations.
