What's Happening?
We are performing a planned maintenance to upgrade the Environment services in order to improve performance, scalability, and stability. These updates will be performed sequentially to minimize overall risk, but the exact timing of the impact for each organization may vary within the maintenance window. This step is necessary to ensure data integrity during the transition.
As part of this rollout, latencies of up to 15 minutes per organization may occur while we carry out essential data updates
We successfully completed the follow risk and impact analysis: 1. Completed Product Requirements 2. Validated Technical design through Peer Review 3. Created and Implemented Testing Strategy 4. Followed Rollout Plan

No user action is required.
We will be closely monitoring the maintenance work, and BigPanda’s status page will be updated throughout the maintenance period with any changes to service operations. If we need to rollback, we have a plan in place to toggle off the feature.
